About Dr. Neal

Dr. Sandra Kay Neal earned her Ph.D. in Industrial /Organizational Psychology from othe University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. She has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington State College, Cheney, Washington, where she also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

She has taught a variety of courses in psychology, motivation, employment law and human relations at Mount Union College, Akron, Cleveland State and Kent State Universities in Ohio, and at Centralia, Clark, and Lower Columbia Colleges in Washington.. Before starting her own conpany, Dr. Neal worked for 18 years in a non-profit organization addressing organizational problems and employee issues.
